# Lira Data Integrity Agent API

Purpose: evidence-first preflight auditing for small CSV/JSON datasets before another system or AI agent acts on them.

Use POST /audit for:
- missing values
- missing required fields
- exact duplicate rows
- duplicate identifiers
- mixed scalar types
- optional exact-duplicate removal

Use POST /audit/rules for the same checks plus buyer-supplied rules:
- unique fields
- allowed values
- numeric ranges
- regex patterns
- date ordering

Limits:
- maximum 1,000 rows per call
- never invents missing values
- only exact duplicate rows are auto-fixed
- no legal/compliance/fraud certification
- do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, full payment-card data, or unnecessary sensitive personal information
